On a recent visit, it was apparently “Heron Day” at the pond. Two Green Herons were out for some fishing & day-drinking…
Then, the Great Egrets took turns chasing each other around…
And a Great Blue Heron flew by and posted up on an old stump…
Not a bad afternoon.
